Assesment and evaluation are both terms that teachers have used along with the years interchangebly. Scanlan (2012) provides us with the text "Assesment, evaluation, testing and grading" a really clear explanation on what are the differences among these words.

Very clear, explanatory and contrastive post. It is necessary to have a better idea of assesment and never confuse with evaluation, because sometimes people tend to mix both of them and spoil the process. Thanks for the explanation as I had not a really clear idea of the diference between the two.
